What will you learn?
Section One – About You
This is where you discover your key skills. What skills you have now, you had in the past and those you would like to use in your new business, we discuss where you can niche your VA Business. We look at the time you have available to spend on your new business.
Section Two – Sales and Marketing
This is where we discuss how to tell your clients that you are in business and how to contact you. We will discuss Naming your business, telephone numbers, business cards and creating a marketing plan. We will discuss setting up a website, the advantages of Newsletters and Networking (including your 60 seconds, your elevator speech).
Section Three – Finance
This is where we discuss your current financial situation and where you want your business to go. We will look at your budget, how to track your time and how to create an invoice, credit notes and sending out letters for late payment.
Section Four – Running your Business
This is where we discuss how to run your business on a day to day basis. We will discuss communication, what to do when you meet a client (before, during and after). We will discuss your safety, your monthly sales and keeping a record of you time.
Section Five – Services you can Offer
This is where we discuss a number of services you could offer as a Virtual Assistant
The Mastery Training Course I teach will give you a head start in setting up your business. Once you have completed this course you will have a business plan, a marketing plan, business goals and enthusiasm to start your business.
